The Queen, 9/11, The Patents and Other Nasty Stuff: HAARP Series #3

This is the third article in my HAARP Series, and I will spend much of it discussing the twelve patents connected to this monstrosity. But first I will begin with some current events over these past couple weeks. First, the Queen. OK, so I am NOT a fan a royalty at all, and I really do not know that much about her, except that she was very beautiful, right up until her final days. I think everyone kind of expected her to not last very long after her husband died, as he was also her best friend, and with elderly people, the first death is often followed by the second very soon after.

She seemed beloved by many of the people of England, but that really means nothing. People in the U.S. love Trump and that is bewildering and inexplicable to me. Whatever. The point is, and this is NOT a judgment on this particular Queen, but the entire royalty bloodline, on the whole planet, is tainted with evil and used as such. There is such an immense incongruity between spiritual evolution and awakening, and a caste system that still holds people higher just because they have a certain ancestry, which I would bet began with the Reptilians. The English Royalty has a long history of greed and invasion. They taught we American's well, didn't they? So I don't care how much "service" she did for the people of the U.K., she still lived in a castle and dripped in jewels and cost the British taxpayers money, as it has always been with the royalty and aristocracy. France at least had the balls to get rid of theirs. I often wonder why England didn't follow in their footsteps.

And speaking of Trump, I happened to find this article that made me laugh. It is about the Queen's encounter with U.S. presidents. Of course, "W" screwed up and in a speech where he meant to say she'd previously visited the White House in 1976 for the bi-centennial, he said in "1776." Well, that would make her quite elderly, indeed. Then there is a section on social faux pas. OK, so even I know that you should probably not put your arm around the Queen, but Michele Obama did. I am NOT a fan of the Obamas, but from the photo, it appears that they were perhaps conversing, and Michele seems to be very attentive to the Queen. Perhaps because she is so much taller, she just wanted to be sure that she could hear what the Queen was saying in what might have been a room with many people talking. In any case, the photo does not seem offensive to me, and apparently the queen felt that way, too. But THEN, Trump. OMG, what an ASSHOLE. You gotta see THAT photo. They were walking for an inspection of the Royal Guard, and Trump steps right in front of her and cuts her off!! What a gentleman, eh?? You see this tiny little lady peering around a gorilla. OMG . . . .

Anyways, the reason I brought this up is because there has been a HUMONGOUS energy shift, as I expected there would be, and quite a bit of blow-back, too. Did you not feel it? The Controllers lost an energy path, or link, through which they could funnel their evil. Lisa Renee commented something very similar when George H.W. Bush died, although she did not name him. Bush WAS evil, and I don't ever think I would say that Queen Elizabeth was. However, what she REPRESENTED most certainly is. I have been going through some truly horrific days. This energy is lashing out at everything. I feel like I'm going around with my finger stuck in an electrical socket. Focusing on anything has been a major challenge. And to make matters worse, it began around the time of the full moon, plus the weekend commemorating 9/11. I began this article on Monday, September 12. I figured I'd work on it little by little through these two weeks so it would be less stressful, (it wasn't), plus I would have time to work on other projects, (I didn't). I feel like time is flying by so fast now, I get up early in the morning and the next time I look at the clock it is noon, and I've accomplished little. I believe it is all part of this massive shift we are going through, and NO, I do NOT believe the WEF will have their way, in fact, these people are gonna be rounded up and arrested one of these days, I believe.

And speaking of Lisa Renee, as expected, she also had alot to say about the Queen's passing, in a more subtle way that I did. Here is her latest Newsletter. I know she gets wrapped up in the technical stuff, and I'm not sure where it comes from, but I'm sure she does, and it is important to her and her followers. I've been following her for almost two decades, when she used to be a guest on World Puja. Anyways, I always look for what I can relate to in her writing, and this one has quite a bit, so I want to share it. She talks about the new energies arriving and doors opening to other dimensions and exploring other realities, very much along the same line as me. She speaks of the end of the old paradigm and the spiritual battles we are enduring, and also, like me, she says these evil entities running the mind-control agendas are being destroyed. As Above, So Below. When there is nothing left in the non-physical or off-planet realms to support the behavior of those who have enslaved us for eons, then they will be gone.

This reminds me of what Steve Quayle presented during his interview with Greg Hunter. The article says that they had been on display until 1985, at the National Museum of Archaeology when "Heritage Malta, the authority responsible for Malta’s prehistoric heritage removed them from public view," much like the Smithsonian has kept hidden their collection of Alien skeletons.

In any case, and I knew this was going to happen when the Queen passed. When an energy that big leaves the planet, you can count on major shifts. I woke up in the middle of the night, or very early morning, I believe it was the day before the Queen died, and stayed awake only long enought to comment to myself, "OMG, the energy has shifted." When I heard of the Queen's death, it made sense. So let us see what this will bring. Dane mentioned in his Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, September 10, 2022 that the super rich were preparing their underground bunkers. Hmm, I've not read that one anywhere, but I have no doubt it's true. And why? Because they are planning to nuke the rest of us? Or they know the collapse is coming, and it surely is? OR, do they know that We The People are getting wise to what they've been up to and are gonna be coming after them with those pitchforks and torches? Or worse? Are they just plain fucking cowards? Well, yes. Has the U.S. military been so decimated that they no longer have the capabilities to deal with us? Has HAARP been acting up? Have they messed everything up SO BADLY that NOTHING WORKS? Hmm. We'll soon see, I believe. But they may not be as safe as they think they are in those bunkers, because We On The Outside might just find a way to get in. Or do something horribly nasty to them while they're inside. Much to ponder, eh? I think we'll find out pretty soon.

For those of you who still pooh-pooh all the information I supply concerning energy, and particularly how it is used in mind control, that's fine. Granted, we do not yet have solid, indisputable evidence for Alien Interference, but we will at some point. I am constantly coming across scientific articles that point in that direction. C'mon, let's just come out with it. Aliens exist. They are here and have BEEN here for millions of years. And our government and global governments have been colluding with them. I hope everyone listened to Greg Hunter's interview with Steve Quayle a while back. He is probably very close to proving beyond a doubt that Aliens controlled the planet at some point, if not that they still are. And he states emphatically that the Smithsonian absolutely knows that they are, and that the U.S. government and military are colluding with them. Here's the link again, and also the link to the Russian documentary that ties HAARP into the picture. Knowing what I do now about HAARP makes me more certain that it is. And finally, there are so many of us that have been dealing with Aliens and other occult energies and entities for so long, doubting their existence and influence is absurd.

Even if you do not believe in Alien mind control, you are foolish if you do not believe mind control isn't being carried out by humans, because there is as much evidence of that as there is for weather warfare. And anytime mind control is discussed, one must also discuss weather warfare and HAARP, because these topics are inseparable. I'm going to do a separate article on HAARP and CIA mind control programs, but because of this huge energy shift that just occured, I feel I must mention it here, too. Each time the energy shifts to a higher frequency, especially a massive shift like this one, it becomes harder for the Controllers to control us. The days surrounding the Queen's passing have been wet, dark, and dull, indications that we here in NE Ohio are being doused with mind-altering substances in the heavy spraying, and the ELF (Extremely Low Frequencies) being emitted by HAARP and other ionosphere heaters. We KNOW this as a proven scientific fact with a great deal of credible research having been done.

Remember, to alter one's mood is to mind control them. It often seems to me that someone or something out there knows exactly my every thought. But I have been led to discover that each mood and emotion we feel is associated with a myriad of thoughts, and also remember, thoughts create our reality. And so, as HAARP is able to keep vast numbers of the population in a state of fear, anxiety, and depression, along with that goes feelings of despondency, helplessness and fatality. Everyone has their own personal scenarios associated with these emotions and they are all being played out. It is no wonder that we have created such a mess. We have not only created a planet of horrors, we have created a whole colltection of personal demons, triggered by outside manipulation of our emotions, which then continues to snowball into greater catastrophes. Is that not what is happening now? By the way, there's a Red Dwarf episode that is a perfect illustration of this! It's called Terrorform.
Actually there's another episode, from their second year, where Holly was a male computer (think HAL), and their opening music was still the Red Dwarf theme, but arranged to be reminiscent of Also Sprach Zarathustra by Richard Strauss, (the theme music of 2001: A Space Odyssey). I don't know why they changed the theme music. The original was so much better. This episode, again, demonstrates how we use our minds and emotions to create our reality! Along with being hysterically funny, of course.
Better Than Life

If you doubt that statement, consider this. Do you ever have a day when you wake up and feel like the sunshine has come back into your life? Everything goes your way, and often long-standing problems suddenly fix themselves, or a totally unexpected solution comes along. It has been a good long time since I've had those kind of days, but this year they have been coming more frequently. Why? Well, because the energy is shifting. But we need to move it further. We need to permanently break the spell, break the programs, and change what has become habitual in our lives, like bad karma piling up, layer after layer after layer until we are smothered in it.

The guiding voice of my soul/higher self has been getting louder, and I am always ready to listen because it is leading me in the direction I need to go, and that has proven true especially this year. It's not that it wasn't always there, but the other stuff has prevented us from hearing it. As more people leave the planet, especially big energies, the voices that can be trusted are becoming more prevalent. This recent guidance told me to begin listening to and watching what's going on in the background of my mind, because that's where the nasty stuff is being programmed. And sure enough, every time something triggered a negative emotion, I would see a brief scenario played out all at once in the back of my mind, and it would only take a split second. It became fascinating, and is truly what would be termed subliminal messaging. The picture wasn't being broadcast to me, although keep in mind that HAARP and nefarious criminal organizations like the CIA, are perfectly capable to doing that, too. But these were all coming from my own mental storehouse of past experience, being brought up and fortified. So what's the solution? Awareness! Anytime we notice something going on in the back of our mind, bringing it to the forefront and shining a light on it renders it increasingly more impotent until it finally disappears. This whole concept was first introduced to me when I was studying for certification in Energy Interference Pattering back in 2004.

Back several months ago, someone on Dane's site, (and it was not a regular community member), made the comment concerning the exploding planetary catastrophes, "We all kneel when it gets real," or something like that, which I thought was about the most fucking ignorant thing to be said. Well I DO NOT kneel to anyone or anything. One of the biggest obstacles to awakening people and getting them to actually DO SOMETHING beneficial is this, again, mind-controlled obesience to some deity. No truly benevolent "god" would demand worship or being bowed down to. Only those deities who are tyrant controllers expect that. A truly benevolent, benficient being or energy force assists others to rise to their highest capacity. Buddhism, which is not as much a religion as a philosophy, operates under the belief that every person will eventually reach buddhahood. Buddhism is not about worshipping some "god" but about reaching that state of being. If we bow down to Buddha, Buddha bows down to us, because the two are inseparable. At least that is my understanding of it, in its purest, uncorrupted form, and I'm sure corrupted forms, or currupted people promoting them, do exist, as for all religions. In true Earth-Based Paganism, or Neo-Paganism, nature is held in reverence. All animal life, which would include humans, plants, the mountains and bodies of water, sky, soil, rocks and all that make up the planet are held sacred, which is why I gravitate to that particular philosophy. It is all one web of life, and as we are watching now with extreme horror, at least those of us that can see, destruction of one string of the web means destruction of us all. But the mind control programs that have operated on this planet for eons stressed that humans are nothing and the rest of life is even less, and the only means we had for protection is to give ourselves up completely to a "god" or in the more ancient religions, a whole slew of them that could be angered and cause floods or drought or disease, perstilence and every possible human affliction. The Ancient Egyptians were afraid of the night because they never knew if Ra, the sun god would reappear the next day. The priests, however, who were quite well educated, knew very well the truth, but used the fear as . . . well, a means to control, of course. I learned a great deal about this when I read the challenging book, The Dawn of Astronomy: A Study of Temple Worship and Mythology of the Ancient Egyptians.
Of course, back then, absolutely everything in the lives of the common people was believed to be controlled by gods. Here in 2022, much of the world has become ho-hum about religion, so transhumanis had to come about, and with it all the toxic technology. And why? So the Controllers could maintain control.

But they are losing control instead.

The Twelve HAARP Patents

I will pick up where I left off in #2 of this series Truth, Lies and Conspiracy Theories: HAARP Series #2. Even though the official narrative of the HAARP people denied it was connected to any other facilities or people, in fact, PL/GP Technical Memorandum No. 195, the 613 page document that "didn't exist" because it was "non-published," spelled out that it must be used with other facilities and countries. Dane says over and over that all these countries, including those we think are "enemies" of the U.S. are working in collusion. Of course they are. This "global plandemic" would not have "succeeded" as it did, had that not been so.

If these ionospheric heaters could be used in resonance (harmony) with each other, a significantly larger effect could be realized through their collective energies being focused at a point far above the Earth. This particular memorandum revealed that this was exactly what the military had intended. It was also obvious that the military had been working with the systems in the USSR as well as the West in recent years. We discovered that the maps issued by the HAARP program managers neglected to list a number of transmitter sites around the world, including systems in Greenland, the South Pacific, Japan, and Europe (Eiscat) among others.

I will include one more quote from this section, which discusses all the dangerous activities HAARP is capable of carrying out. This one is about lightning, and my regular readers know how much I speak of lightning these days being terrifying. Anyone who is paying attention should feel the same and protect themselves from it as much as possible. In the documentary, Holes in Heaven, a possible/probable scenario was simulated, actually taken from the sci-fi novel, The Lost Millennium but theoretically could happen if/when things get out of control. The article described "gamma ray flashes" emanating from some thunderstorms. These flashes were unusual in that they went up toward the ionosphere as opposed to down to the earth like most bolts of lightning. "A satellite launched last year to test ways to monitor nuclear blasts detected microsecond radio flashes, apparently linked to thunderstorms, that are 10,000 times more intense than the radio crackling such storms normally generate", was how one of the new discoveries was described in the article. These flashes can not be explained in terms of known science. They are extremely short in duration, which is why they were not detected years ago. The gamma rays themselves are found at over 30 to 100 kilometers above the cloud tops. This new knowledge was later confirmed by further investigations conducted by the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

This latest discovery was unexpected, and demonstrates the general lack of knowledge about our upper atmosphere. It is more reason to worry about additional tampering planned by HAARP managers.

We should NOT be tampering with any of this shit. And now, on to the patents, beginning with the first (and foremost) patent of Bernard Eastlund. "On April 11, 1986, the Office of Naval Research Code 308 in Arlington, Virginia sealed the patent application under a 'Secrecy Order' which forbade further work or any disclosure of information on the patent." Penalties for disobeying this order included steep fines and long prison terms, which obviously disturbed Eastlund and APTI. Furthermore, the patent was originally rejected by the patent examiner because it was deemed inorperable. Eastlund and his attorney met with the patent examiner to discuss its rejection. It was reviewed again, and passed. In March, 1987, the Secrecy order was lifted. I am including the links to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for all twelve of these patents. I do hope some of you out there will take this seriously and utilize all this information I have slaved over to provide.

Titled; "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere".

One of the main differences between other ionosphere heaters and Eastlund's patent is that his focuses the beam into the ionosphere, whereas, the others do the opposite. Here is a drawing from government records. If you can imagine reversing the cone so that the narrow part is on the ground, and the wider, more dispersed area is beamed upwards, you get the idea. "The Eastlund device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimeter, compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt." This huge difference in energy allowed it to lift portions of the ionosphere to higher altitudes, and thus, they were able to create all these high pressure domes that are, in great part, responsible for the horrendous droughts being suffered all around the globe. Dane speaks of this constantly, and the mention of "high pressure domes," is becoming frequent among meteorologists now. There are five drawings included in the patent, and you can access them by clicking "images."

Angels Don't Play This HAARP points out that Eastlund based his patent on the Tesla's discoveries. Nikola Tesla was obviously a genius, but probably a madman, too. He certainly frightened J.P. Morgan. Wireless transmission of energy would allow all this natural gas (methane) that ARCO owned and had no use for because pipelines would have been horrendously expensive. Remember, Eastlund was hired by ARCO to find a use for this gas. Also, as stated in the book, "Through normal powerline transmission this was not possible because of power losses over long distances. What wireless transfers of electrical energy could provide, with the right complement of equipment, could be astounding. Natural gas could be converted to transferable energy and literally beamed to wherever it needed to go." I dunno about you, but I have a hard time wrapping my mind around technology like this!

Another capability of Eastlund's design would be to explore the possible ways to control and use the belts of trapped electrons and ions in the ionosphere. It had formerly been a practice of both the U.S. and (former) U.S.S.R. to detonate nuclear devices "to generate large numbers of charged particles at various altitudes," which of course was poisoning everything with dangerous radiation. Dane speaks frequently about all the nuclear detonations that have been carried out by the U.S. military. In the patent, Eastlund provides other possibilities to achive this goal and none of them sound safe, eh? Barium. Yeah, well, those of us who are climate activists with Dane know that's one of the main ingredients in the aerosol dispersions. And apparently it might have nothing to do with climate modification. Here is a quote from the patent.

Other proposals which have been advanced for altering existing belts of trapped electrons and ions and/or establishing similar artificial belts include injecting charged particles from a satellite carrying a payload of radioactive beta-decay material or alpha emitters; and injecting charged particles from a satellite-borne electron accelerator. Still another approach is described in U.S. Pat. No. 4,042,196 wherein a low energy ionized gas, e.g., hydrogen, is released from a synchronous orbiting satellite near the apex of a radiation belt which is naturally-occurring in the earth's magnetosphere to produce a substantial increase in energetic particle precipitation and, under certain conditions, produce a limit in the number of particles that can be stably trapped. This precipitation effect arises from an enhancement of the whistler-mode and ion-cyclotron mode interactions that result from the ionized gas or "cold plasma" injection.

It has also been proposed to release large clouds of barium in the magnetosphere so that photoionization will increase the cold plasma density, thereby producing electron precipitation through enhanced whistler-mode interactions.

The last paragraph of the patent supplies a summary of the possible ways an apparatus built according to these instructions could be used. Here is that paragraph.

This invention has a phenomenal variety of possible ramifications and potential future developments. As alluded to earlier, missile or aircraft destruction, deflection, or confusion could result, particularly when relativistic particles are employed. Also, large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction or deflection of same. Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns or altering solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. Also as alluded to earlier, molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc. concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased. Similarly, environmental enhancement could be achieved by causing the breakup of various chemical entities such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxides, and the like. Transportation of entities can also be realized when advantage is taken of the drag effects caused by regions of the atmosphere moving up along diverging field lines. Small micron sized particles can be then transported, and, under certain circumstances and with the availability of sufficient energy, larger particles or objects could be similarly affected. Particles with desired characteristics such as tackiness, reflectivity, absorptivity, etc., can be transported for specific purposes or effects. For example, a plume of tacky particles could be established to increase the drag on a missile or satellite passing therethrough. Even plumes of plasma having substantially less charged particle density than described above will produce drag effects on missiles which will affect a lightweight (dummy) missile in a manner substantially different than a heavy (live) missile and this affect can be used to distinguish between the two types of missiles. A moving plume could also serve as a means for supplying a space station or for focusing vast amount of sunlight on selected portions of the earth. Surveys of global scope could also be realized because the earth's natural magnetic field could be significantly altered in a controlled manner by plasma beta effects resulting in, for example, improved magnetotelluric surveys. Electromagnetic pulse defenses are also possible. The earth's magnetic field could be decreased or disrupted at appropriate altitudes to modify or eliminate the magnetic field in high Compton electron generation (e.g., from high altitude nuclear bursts) regions. High intensity, well controlled electrical fields can be provided in selected locations for various purposes. For example, the plasma sheath surrounding a missile or satellite could be used as a trigger for activating such a high intensity field to destroy the missile or satellite. Further, irregularities can be created in the ionosphere which will interfere with the normal operation of various types of radar, e.g., synthetic aperture radar. The present invention can also be used to create artificial belts of trapped particles which in turn can be studied to determine the stability of such parties. Still further, plumes in accordance with the present invention can be formed to simulate and/or perform the same functions as performed by the detonation of a "heave" type nuclear device without actually having to detonate such a device. Thus it can be seen that the ramifications are numerous, far-reaching, and exceedingly varied in usefulness.

I don't think Eastlund might have been aware of the can of worms he was opening, but he obviously thought his invention also had benign uses. In any case, it is obvious why the military denied that HAARP was based on this patent. I won't spend as much time on the other eleven patents, which more or less add or enhance the first one. So now on to Eastlund's second patent.

Titled: "Method for Producing a Shell of Relativistic Particles at an Altitude above the Earth's Surface".

This one was not available on the government patent site, but is on Google Patents. You can click "Download PDF to read online or download to your computer. It contains some of the same materials as the first patent, but focuses on creating a shell around the earth. Particle beam weapons can be used to destroy incoming missiles, but the beam must be precisely focused. In Eastlund's invention, it would eliminate "the need for such precision, in that it created a literal 'shell' of particles which would drift around the planet, destroying electrical components of objects passing through the 'shell'". There are three drawings in the patent to illustrate this. Eastlund says:

It has heretofore been recognized that an intense focused beam of charged or neutral particles (e.g., plasma) can carry a potentially destructive amount of energy and is capable under certain circumstances of melting a hole in a piece of metal or of damaging even shielded electronic circuits. Recently, proposals have been set forth to exploit such particle beams as possible defense mechanisms to be used to protect against offensive missiles which may be launched by a hostile power. . . .

Eastlund goes on to explain that these types of defense weapon require a particle beam accelerator mounted in a satellite. "However, in these proposals, the accelerator has to be placed in orbit to generate the required "beam" of charged particles, and has to be accurately placed so that the beam can be aimed directly at the target." Here is part of his explanation for his invention:

This is done by transmitting circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation from a point at or near the location where a naturally-occurring dipole magnetic field (force) line intersects the earth's surface. The radiation is deliberately transmitted at the outset in a direction substantially parallel to and along the field line which extends upwardly through the region or regions of plasma to be altered. The radiation is transmitted at a first frequency, e.g., from about 1000 to about 3600 kilohertz (kHz) based on the gyrofrequency of the charged particles in the lower regions. When applied to the plasma in said region, the radiation excites electron cyclotron resonance within the plasma to heat and accelerate the charged particles in their respective helical paths around and along the field line. This increase in energy causes ionization of neutral particles which then become a part of the plasma thereby increasing the charged particle density of the plasma.

In studying all this material, I am struck by the immense amount of heat all of these procedures create, and have to wonder just how much THAT is contributing to the heating of the upper atmosphere that is causing planes to lower their altitude because the air up there can no longer support the plane. And how much is it contributing to the meltdown of the planet itself? Begich and Manning, and many other scientists questioned just how much damage would these activities cause? They write, "The power level described in the patent is extremely high, and the effects on the environment, and most particularly on the weather are unknown. What is known is that this type of power manipulation would significantly destabilize natural ionospheric systems." Now here is the third patent.

Invented by: Bernard J. Eastlund and Simon Ramo.
Titled: "Method and Apparatus for Creating an Artificial Electron Cyclotron Heating Region of Plasma".

This patent, by Eastlund and Simo Ramo, is also not found on the government page, but on the Google Patents page. It is along the same lines as the previous one. And remember, Eastlund was hired by ARCO to find uses for their huge supply of natural gas. Eastlund says:

Further, a particularly desirable fuel source for the generation of very large amounts of electricity is present in Alaska in abundance, this source being natural gas. The presence of very large amounts of clean-burning natural gas in Alaskan latitudes, particularly on the North Slope, and the availability of magnetohydrodynamic electric generators which operate very efficiently with natural gas provides an ideal power source for the unprecedented power requirements of certain of the applications of this invention.

This next one is by Peter Koert and James T. Cha. Koert was a key player on the HAARP project, and an expert in power beaming. Once again, this is from the Google Patents Page. This also utilized Tesla Technology, and was developed by APTI (ARCO Power Technologies, Incorporated), the tiny company who was granted the contract for HAARP over the huge Raytheon, because they were the owners of all these patents.

Titled; "Power Beaming System".

The book states that APTI had already developed "Star Wars" technology in a microwave-powered aircraft that was able to stay aloft for 10,000 hours at 80,000 foot altitudes and had no need to refuel because it was powered by energy beamed up to it, then converted to electrical energy. An aircraft powered in this manner could be used for surveillance. Microwave energy could be converted to DC. Here's what Koert writes in the patent.

In particular, the concept of powering a satellite or free flying aircraft by power beaming has received a great deal of attention. The advantages of such a system are readily apparent, for example, an aircraft could be maintained on station indefinitely to act as a low cost communications or reconnaissance platform.

Issued: June 8, 1993
Invented by. Peter Koert and James T. Cha.
Titled: "Power Beaming System with Printed Circuit Radiating Elements having Resonating Cavities".

This patent is also by Koert and Cha, also concerning power beaming, and again, on the Google Patents Page. Both this patent and the previous one mentioned a NASA report by William C. Brown of Raytheon. "Raytheon did the basic work leading to this patent. William C. Brown is now at the University of Alaska Fairbanks where he is continuing the development of these technologies, His current project at UAF is called SABER which is an acronym for "Semi-Autonomous Beam Rider". The concept is to beam radio-frequency energy to a helicopter in order to suspend it in the air without an on-board fuel supply." Below is a quote from the patent.

More recently, a scale model of a long endurance high altitude platform powered by microwave energy known as SHARP (Stationary High Altitude Relay Platform) has been successfully demonstrated. See "A Microwave Powered High Altitude Platform' by Schlesaket al., 1988 IEEE MTT-S Digest, pp. 283-286. The SHARP concept calls for an array of ground antennas which must be focused on the aircraft. The underside of the aircraft would be coated with a thin-film array of thousands of half-wave dipole rectennas to convert the received microwave energy into DC energy which would be used to power the aircraft's electrical motor.

Referring to FIG. 7B, the rectenna array is composed of multiple rectenna elements which include a top layer 100 (for example RT/Duroid 5880), an insulating layer 400, and a resonating cavity structure 450. The toplayer 100 contains a top surface 200 and a bottom surface 300 on which a conductive coating, such as a metal film is deposited. The conductive coating, or metal film 220 deposited on the top surface 200 has a hole 210 (preferably formed by etching) which permits radiation to pass to an antenna 310 formed from the conductive coating or metal film deposited on the bottom surface 300. Deposited on the antenna 310 is a diode 320 that converts RF energy directly into DC energy. Connected to the antenna 310 is a feed line 300 which also forms a DC bus and low pass filters (also formed from the conductive coating deposited on the bottom surface 300). The resonating cavity structure 450 includes a substrate 455 containing holes, or resonator cavities 460 formed therein. The cavity substrate 455 can be formed either from a solid conductive material, such as aluminum, in which the resonator cavities 460 are drilled as shown in FIG. 7B, or from a light weight conductive coated material, such as a metal coated foam, in which the resonator cavities 460 are drilled or molded. The insulating layer 400 is provided between the resonating cavity structure 450 and the feed lines 330 to prevent grounding.

I'm sorry, but this is scary shit, especially how it has progressed in these sixty (yes, sixty) years. Below the quote is a photo from the article. People don't realize that all this stuff is also functioning as tracking/tracing devices.

A rectenna (rectifying antenna) is a special type of receiving antenna that is used for converting electromagnetic energy into direct current (DC) electricity. They are used in wireless power transmission systems that transmit power by radio waves. A simple rectenna element consists of a dipole antenna with an RF diode connected across the dipole elements. The diode rectifies the AC induced in the antenna by the microwaves, to produce DC power, which powers a load connected across the diode. Schottky diodes are usually used because they have the lowest voltage drop and highest speed and therefore have the lowest power losses due to conduction and switching. Large rectennas consist of an array of many power receiving elements such as dipole antennas.

"A wearable millimeter-wave textile rectenna fabricated on a textile substrate for harvesting power in the 5G K-bands (20–26.5 GHz)."

Do I understand this shit? Hell, no, BUT the more I study it, the more of it sinks in, plus I certainly understand it enough to know we should NOT be messing with it. We ALL need to educate ourselves on all this toxic technology, because it is being used against us! KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Now on to the sixth patent.

Invented by: Paul G. Elliot.
Titled: "Folded Cross Grid Dipole Antenna Element".

Here's a quote from the book. Since it is not known if this patent was used, I will not supply further details.

Although it is unknown whether this particular patent was used in the HAARP program, what is known is that the inventor, Paul Elliot, was part of the team identified in the government documents. He obviously brought to the project a high level of knowledge of antenna arrays and related technology. It is not known whether this antenna was intended to be used for sending energy, receiving power or both. This technology is useful in power-beaming systems as well as the other applications described in other patents in this chapter.

We speculate that this antenna provided a more efficient system of energy transfer for use in the Eastlund applications. It is possible that, with the antenna gain realized by this design, a larger amount of power could be sent up to the ionosphere. This might be possible from a much smaller antenna field than originally contemplated by Eastlund.

Invented by: Robert W. Bussard and Thomas H. Wallace.
Titled: "Lightweight Focusing Reflector For Space".

This invention complements power beaming. From what I understand, this particular invention has several unique features, in that it is lightweight, is flexible, and is less expensive to operate than other reflectors. Here are some quotes from the patent.

In many applications it is desirable to adjust the focal length of the reflector. For example, if radiation is being directed to different receivers on the ground, it is desirable to adjust the spot diameter, which varies as the focal length varies, to the particular receiver on the ground. Similarly, if radiation is being directed to a moving receiver, such as another satellite, it is desirable to maintain the spot diameter constant as the satellite moves. Unfortunately, conventional reflectors designed for space-based applications, such as the one disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 3,326,624, issued to von Maydell on June 20, 1967, do not permit adjustment of the reflector focal length.

Because orbiting reflectors must be carried into space, the weight of a reflector is also a primary concern. Rigid reflectors generally are quite heavy and are consequently not ideally suited for space applications.

And last, here's a quote from the book.

The patent goes on to describe the idea of generating energy in locations where it is cheap, and beaming it to areas where energy costs are high. The economic viability is shown, although the size of the project is quite targe. The construction of the TransAlaska natural gas pipeline has been estimated at over $20 billion dollars, without considering the costs of special ships, off loading facilities and then power generating plants in addition to operating costs. To produce energy at the source and redirect the capital costs of alternate systems to power beaming systems would likely be economically feasible. However, there would be a significant risk to anything flying in the path of the ten-gigawatt beam or if the reflector was somehow turned, reflecting the energy into the wrong receiving location and into perhaps a populated area. This risk is not adequately dealt with in the patent.

In fact, everything that this monstrous contraption, HAARP, does should make us question our safety and that will be the subject of my next article. I cannot help but wondering if all this interference in the upper layers of the atmosphere—well, we already KNOW it's having a disastrous effect on the climate—but is it also hindering meteorologists from making EVEN REMOTELY ACCURATE forecasts. Yes, I know they are scripted, but in that case, the weather is certainly not following the script. Then the people at NWS feel they have to make excuses and justify their "forecasts." Here's an example from yesterday's "cold front," that moved through the Great Lakes area. Neither they nor The Weather Channel were right on ANY ACCOUNT. And the accounts kept changing.

The pre frontal trough convection has really complicated the near term forecast, throwing into question the initiation of the next round of convection which is still expected later this evening. The current convection riding across the lake into NE OH/NW PA may have a chance at strengthening with a slightly weaker cap, but the cap overall has proved to be an issue today. The wake of this convection may suppress it even further, but there is a still a fairly strong cold front pushing through Michigan at this hour, although it has been a bit slower than advertised. Certainly do not want to give up on a convective potential for later this evening, and have the POPs reflecting this, but the course of events through the first part of the afternoon has created more questions than provided answers.

In the end, when supposedly "all the instability was used up," we in my immediate area got hit with this thing that put many of us under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning in a flash. And speaking of flashes, OMG, that lighting, AGAIN. Like the very last firework in a July 4th display, the whole sky flickered, but it went on and on and ON. I ended up having nothing even remotely severe, although I was on the border of it, but torrential rain for maybe fifteen minutes. We NEVER have just plain rain any more. It almost ALWAYS comes in downpours. It was NEVER like this when I was growing up. And now, Patent #8, again by Peter Koert.

Titled: "Artificial Ionospheric Mirror Composed of a Plasma Layer Which can be Tilted".

This one refers back to two Eastlund patents, and as it is pointed out in the book, once again, Koert's expertise is evident. Here is his abstract at the beginning of his patent.

This invention relates to generation of a Artificial Ionospheric Mirror (AIM), or a plasma layer in the atmosphere. The AIM is used like the ionosphere to reflect RF energy over great distances. A tiltable AIM is created by a heater antenna controlled in phase and frequency. The heater antenna phase shift scans a beam to paint a plasma layer. Frequency is changed to refocus at continually higher altitudes to tilt the plasma layer.

Every time I read one of these descriptions, I cannot help but think we should NOT be tilting or painting or in any way manipulating the layers of atmosphere around our planet that enables us to be alive. Venus, anyone? In the book, it is stated: "This invention provides"over-the-horizon" radar and communication capabilities to the military, over great distances. It will allow the military to send communications, and locate incoming objects, with significantly improved control and efficiency. In early HAARP planning, this was one of the areas considered very important to the program and was referred to with great enthusiasm by the military." Well, if the military is enthusiastic about it, it can't be safe or benevolent . . . . The "over-the horizon" capability was mentioned throughout the book. Here are two illustrations. The first is from the patent, and the second from the book.

Invented by: Ronald M. Bass.
Titled: "Creation of Artificial Ionization Clouds Above the Earth".

Again, all of this requires a great deal of heating of the upper atmosphere. Granted, I really don't know enough about this technology, but, seriously, we have "experts" here blaming cow farts for global heating, who refuse to look up and notice what's going on in the sky and above it. Here's the abstract from this patent.

A method for forming a cloud of artificial ionization above the earth by initially heating the resident plasma at a desired altitude with electromagnetic radiation having a frequency approximately the same as that of the ambient plasma. As the plasma frequency increases due to heating, the radiation frequency is also increased until the final maintenance frequency is attained.

In the book, it is pointed out that this is a much-improved OTH system. "The cloud can also be made with one antenna. The cloud is created with minimum energy, and allows a much improved "over-the-horizon" (OTH) radar system in terms of detection of both far out and close in objects." Another interesting point is made, that HAARP now sits on what was once the site of an OTH radar system, funded by Congress, that was being demobilized. The military suggested it was because the "Cold War" had ended (that excuse comes up frequently in this book), but in fact, the U.S. and the (former) U.S.S.R. were colluding on all of this technology, as Dane so frequently points out. But in reality, it had become obsolete. So the construction of HAARP in that location was an upgrade (and much more!).

Invented by: Arie Zigler, Yossef Elsen from Rishon Le Zion, Israel.
Titled: "High Resolution Directional Gamma Ray Detector".

This next patent is used with in conjunction with other patents for the purpose of determining if any airborne crafts are carrying nuclear devices by using gamma ray detection, and is intended to work with the next patent listed below. By using gamma rays, it is able to identify incoming objects at s distance, particularly those carrying nuclear warheads. The patent states: "The present invention relates to gamma ray detection. More specifically, the present invention is related to light weight directional gamma ray detectors having a high degree of angular resolution, high efficiency, and an ability to discriminate low energy gamma rays."

Invented by: Adam T. Drobot.
Titled: "Defense System for Discriminating Between Objects in Space".

This one is kind of a big deal and works in conjunction with Eastlund's patents and the patent above. It is a "Star Wars" defense system (Space=Based Ballistic-Missile Defense). In reading it one especially becomes aware of the massive cover up by the military when they claimed they were not using Eastlund's patent. Here is the opening abstract from the patent.

A defense system and a method for discriminating between armed re-entry vehicles and unarmed objects which are in close proximity of each other. The re-entry vehicles and the unarmed objects are bathed in a cloud of relativistic electrons with the resulting signatures from heavy objects, i.e., re-entry vehicles, being imaged directly. Detectors sense the location and identify of the re-entry vehicles and passes this information onto a weapons platform for tracking and interception.

There is so much of interest in this patent, that even I understand, so I will quote a bit more than I have been.

Presently, the expected scenario for any large-scale intercontinental ballistic missile attack includes the deployment of a large number of decoys and penetration aids in a "threat cloud' around one or more armed, re-entry vehicles in an attempt to confuse any defense systems set up to counteract the armed missiles. The decoys and/or penetration aids can be launched simultaneously with the armed vehicles or can be deployedfrom a separate space-borne vehicle (sometimes called a "bus'). Since the total number of objects expected in a typical threat cloud may well exceed one hundred thousand, any truly effective defense system must include a system which is capable of "interrogating' all of the objects in the threat cloud and quickly discriminating between the deadly re-entry vehicles and the harmless decoys and penetration aids. By doing this, the defense system can ignore the decoys and penetration aids and concentrate all of its countermeasures on destroying or disabling the armed missiles.

The present invention provides a defense system and a method for detecting re-entry vehicles, discriminating between armed re-entry vehicles and unarmed decoys in close proximity of each other and the detection of re-entry vehicles in the presence of obscurants, which is basically ground-based and which is capable of functioning in possible hostile nuclear background. The basic concept of the present invention is to “bathe" the re-entry vehicles and the unarmed objects in a cloud of relativistic electrons. The resulting radiation signature from each object is such that heavy objects characteristic of the re-entry vehicles can be imaged directly. Detectors located away from the cloud of relativistic electrons sense the location and identity of the re-entry vehicles and passes this information onto a weapons platform or the like for tracking and interception. The present invention greatly reduces the amount of data that has to be handled and the computations required by one to two orders of magnitude since it allows the defense system to deal only with the actual threats.

More specifically, it is advantageous to locate such a discrimination and detection system in the likely corridor for ICBM trajectories, consequently a system could be located in Alaska, and fueled by the natural gas reserves that exist on the North Slope. The gas reserves can then be used to generate large amounts of electricty which, in turn, power a ground-based transmitter to generate electromagnetic (em) radiated energy. This em energy is propagated by ground-based antennae to excite and accelerate electrons which are present in space in the zone of interest. The em energy can be propagated and focused to a desired location in space by proper design of the antennae and there to accelerate electrons by any of several known means, e.g., cyclotron resonance acceleration.

A detector means (e.g., photon counting telescope) is positioned at some distance from the relativistic particle cloud and is set at an energy cut-off threshold so that only signatures representative of the heavy, re-entry vehicles will be sensed by the detector. The cut-off threshold will eliminate or ignore the lower energy signatures from the unarmed objects which allows the defense system to concentrate only on the armed vehicles. The detector means can be placed on individual weapons for final homing, in a payload accompanying the kill system which passes in formation to the individual weapons, or in a stand-off detector located far from the target region which passes information for further action to a satellite management system.

A couple more points: This system requires a great amount of "continuous or pulsed power for finite periods of time," making HAARP and its location in Alaska, with the huge supply of natural gas, an ideal situation. Plus, ground-based systems such as these are much safer from enemy attack, because in order to reach them, they would have to invade the country in which they are located, which would be an act of war. Here are two illustrations from the patent. "FIG.11 is a schematical illustration of the detection and discrimination system of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an idealized illustration of one embodiment of the present invention."

Issued: October 17, 1989
Invented by: Frank E. Lowther.
Titled: "Nuclear-Sized Explosions without Radiation".

As mentioned above, the U.S. and U.S.S.R. were detonating nuclear devices between 1945 and 1960. According to this patent, the U.S. alone set off the equivalent of 200 megatons of TNT. Add to that what other countries had set off, and it doubled. OMG! All that radiation. These people have ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the sanctity of the planet and all her forms of life. "To protect the environment from such radioactive fallout, most of the world's nuclear powers signed the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty in 1963 which prohibited nuclear explosions in the atmosphere, underwater, and in space. Since that time, it is believed that substantially all nuclear explosions have been carried out underground." Well, I'm sure they haven't stopped. These people have no regard for laws or treaties either. Dane speaks of this frequently—all the nuclear testing done in sparsely populated Nevada. Earlier ones were done in the South Pacific. That was in the documentary, Holes in Heaven. Anyways, this patent provided people in the military a radiation-free means to test the "effects of a nuclear sized shock wave's impact on the electronics of defense systems." According to the book, this was not actually part of HAARP, so I will go no further with it.

And here I will end this very long article. Once again, it will be two weeks before I write another article, and that one will focus on all the dangerous and undisclosed activities carried on with HAARP. It will not include tha mind control agenda, because that will be a separate article on its own. I am trying to get caught up and finish the myriad of projects that I cannot seem to complete. Every minute of my life, it seems, is one interruption after another, and not by people, because I am back here away from everyone and nobody bothers me. It is just one issue, one chore, one mess to clean up, after another and another and another. This is all part of the mind control agenda, and its purpose is to keep people distracted and in a state of chaos. I work very dilligently to keep my mind focused on spiritual matters, but it is a major challenge, and getting more difficult as everything is falling apart and the elite know that their agenda is not working as planned. Dennie made a comment on Dane's site that someone should throw a banana peel when Uncle Klaus steps out of his limo. Oh, Dennie. You're much too kind. What should happen is that the International Criminal Court should take seriously the Crimes Against Humanity charges filed against Schwab and his buddies last year, try them, find them guilty as charged, and sentence them to death for mass murder. But it doesn't look like the Netherlands is operating with any more ethics and morals than the rest of the world. OMG! Look what they're doing to their farmers!! And the Netherlands is the second largest global food producer in the world. Sigh . . . . Below, a photo of HAARP.
