No It's Not Safe and No They're Not Sane: HAARP Series #4

This is the fourth isssue in my HAARP Series, and as usual, I will cover much more related materials. Therefore, it will be a very long article. Again, I hope you take these articles seriously and return to them frequently to check out the links. That's why I leave them up for a long time on my Home Page. And just a few other notes before I begin the article. I DO hope some of you checked out the new Hans Christian Andersen page that is now on my Home Page, right column, but will always be under Book Reviews in the Author's Complete Works Sets of Series Index.
The (Mostly) Complete Fairy Tales of Hans Christian Andersen and Other Works
I have spent almost the entire year working on it, and it's one of the BIG projects I have finished since I began making out my To-Do list. The thing is, I really did not like his fairy tales that much, for reasons I explain on his Main Page. This Project Gutenberg edition contains 127 of his 156 tales, more or less, and for some outrageous reason, which could have been temporary insanity, I decided to write a little bit about every one. It was bad enough to read them all, then write them as a Word Document, which I do for only my book reviews. THEN I had to convert it all to code, which I don't have to do for anything other than book reviews because I design everything else in code from the start. And so, my end result was rather more like revenge on Andersen, with much of my commentary ranging from humorous to acerbic to downright insulting. Hopefully the review is equal to or exceeds the entertainment value of stories themselves! The pages are nice, filled with lots of related information, as Andersen based much of his writing on his native and apparently beloved Denmark and it's heroes. I also includes lots of pictures. To make matters worse, I decided to do an accompanying coloring book at the same time. That one is in the current Home Page ratation, featuring "The Ugly Duckling," which was my best picture. In any case, I am getting caught up on a year's worth of website backlog, including eBook reviews from last year that I am finally posting. So that's why my articles are less frequent.

And as for all those way-above-normal temperatures we were supposed to have here in the east, they sure ain't comin' to my part of NE Ohio. We are fucking freezing, literally. We got down to 32 degrees two nights in a row, with daytime highs only in the lower-to-mid 50s, which is hardly hot, especially with all the ice nucleation they are dumping on us. My skin burns and my fingers crack and bleed, which makes it difficult to type or hold onto anything, especially when my fingers are bandaged up. And in the morning, Molly and I have a hard time breathing in it. and I am always exhausted after these toxic sprays. But I still believe it WILL STOP SOON. Have you noticed the National Weather Maps at NWS? Very quiet, mostly colorless and it seems they are having a hard time making it rain. Anywhere. I don't think that's on purpose. I think they are just losing their ability to control what NEVER should have been messed with in the first place. Once the Earth's natural systems are all gone, then, it has been my understanding, that they will have nothing to work with. Of course, when it reaches THAT point, then we are all done. And speaking of Molly, I hope everyone has seen her "Happy Birthday" photo. It is on my Welcome Page (www.cosmicdream.com) and the bottom of the left column of my Home Page, but won't be there much longer. And that wraps it up for current business.

First, as I said above, this will be an exceptionally long article, one that I hope my readers do not just skim through. I've put an immense amount of time into researching this material so I could share it with you. Please, read it in sections and come back often. I won't be writing another regular article until the end of November unless something major happens which it very well may. However, I will write another Farm Article and a Bible Article so I can conclude the project I began in 2021 of exploring the minor prophets of the Old Testament. And I will continue to get caught up on book reviews. And now, on to the insanity.

If not, you will be shocked. Yes, even I was disturbed for a few days. Greg called it mind-blowing. That is an understatement. First, the woman is brilliant. She has been blacklisted since she began exposing this criminal and truly evil technology, but that hasn't stopped her. In this interview, she has obtained all the patents and all the documents, connects all the dots and puts the entire COVID scenario into a sequence, NONE of it innocent or accidental, of course, but now that all the facts have been revealed, it is like the worst nightmare we can imagine, even for the UNVACCINATED. Here's for starters: the entire SARS/COVID/Plandemic was a bioweapon from the beginning. COVID=Certificate Of Vaccination ID. YIKES!! Of course. It was created to Tag, Track and Trace, and ultimately Control. Here is a quote from Greg's synopsis:

Karen explains all of this in detail, and has it all posted—all the documents, everything—on her new website. Let me take a moment to express how I feel about her. She has one thing in common with the current heroes who have risked everything and often lost everything, or a great deal to stand up to the evil that has attempted to take control of everything on this planet, both those in the public eye, such as Dane and all the brave doctors and scientists, plus those working more behind the scenes, such as myself. Here are the qualities we all have:
We are all outraged.
We have taken the matter into our own hands and not expected someone else to do the work.
We have no intention of failing or giving up.
We tell the truth, no matter what the consequences.
We all trust in some form of higher energy to guide us.
We have a plan.

Our plans vary greatly, according to the role we are playing. Some of us are working in both the physical world and the world of energy, as I am, and others are using the tools of this physical dimension, according to their expertise, to conquer those who are using these same tools for evil. In Karen's case, she has a massive plan which she spells out at the end, which involves fund-raising so that she can hire the very best people to assist her. The goal is to take down 5G and EVERYTHING concerning Covid, which also includes all the Starlink Satellites. If anyone STILL thinks there is a teeny-weeny shred of goodness in Elon Musk, PLEASE, get a grip on the situation here. Do you remember the article I just posted in my last article concerning metal things found inside humans? Do you remember earlier in the year I posted the video from Dr. Rashid Buttar, who spoke of 5G being used to activate these injections? Here it is again.

Here's another quote from Greg's synopsis.

It does not benefit us. It is to kill us and spawn this new technology out of our bodies. . . .This technology is the most infectious technology this planet has ever seen. We have all been affected. If we take these stupid LED lights and 5G down, it deactivates the technology. It doesn’t mean you are going to be cured, but it stops it in its tracks.”

Where Greg has written "The U.S. military just put up 80 . . . towers," I believe that blank should be "6G" if I heard correctly. O JEEZUZ!! NO!!!

They can execute the military for all I care. They are in this game lock, stock and barrel. AWAY WITH THEM!! BE GONE!!! And the thing is, do they think that all these pilots will turn on the rest of the planet when they realize THEY are victims, too? Or is that part of the control Karen spoke of? It really ALL makes SO much more sense. Of course it is all insane. But what is REALLY insane is that, like a drug user who knows they are committing suicide, people that STILL insist on having "smart technology" are not only supporting a genocidal program, but killing themselves as well. If that isn't insane, I don't know what is. And not only those who received the mRNA jab are in danger. We ALL are, as Karen also explains. Greg supplies her website that contains tons of info. Please listen to this interview to the very end and support her if you can. And, for the sake of SANITY, ditch your smart technology NOW.

Now, here's some of my personal commentary from the notes I took. First, Karen, like Greg, is a conservative Christian, and thinks of everything in terms of the Bible and what "god" created, and blames all this on "satan." Well, I don't believe in him any more than I do in god, but I DO believe in divine and benevolent energies/entities, and also in evil energies/entities. However what is happening now is ALIEN TECHNOLOGY, which IS evil, at least the Alien race that is controlling it. They are either technology or technology/biological hybrids, as they are trying to make us, and certainly succeeding in many cases. However, again, the likelihood that these former humans will survive is questionable, because they are dropping like flies. I want to point out that Bringers of the Dawn told of this in 1992, that there would be technology that could make us hallucinate, and that was also discussed in the interview. Jose Delgado could do that back in the 1970s and the CIA joined him. Karen also spoke of their ability to alter DNA amd erase memories!! Deja vu all over again, as Yogi Berra would say. Bringers of the Dawn said, in fact, they cause mass hallucinations. And I pose this question once again. What if it's ALL a mass hallucination and the world we think is Planet Earth is nothing but AI?

For those of us who have been studying the Reptilian Invasion for decades, that sounded mighty familiar, because that is EXACTLY what WE have been saying all these years—what the Reptilians did to the rightful inhabitants of the planet when they invaded us. Why do you think I became certified in DNA cleansing (Energy Interference Patterning)? And why do you think so many people have so much stubbornly embedded karma? Once the truth begins to spill out (and it HAS begun), it will eventually lead to Alien Disclosure, and of THAT I am certain, unless we are all dead. And THAT is why so many Christians are getting nervous that "they" will try to tell us that "god" didn't create us, as in Greg Hunter and Steve Quayle. I actually have much more to say about this interview, but it is going to get public very soon, so we can ALL hear it. And incidentally, it fits right in with this particular article, because these vaccines are enhancing what HAARP does—using EMFs to mess with people's minds. Karen pointed out that the vaccinated are shedding EMFs which in turn affect those around them and that is certainly true. Every time I go to Alliance I feel utterly drained. I fell asleep at 8 pm on Sunday night after a short trip to Alliance, and felt very sick, like I was in a stupor. This is enhanced further still by the shit being sprayed on us—always worse after a rain, and TERRIBLE after we are dumped with chemical ice nucleation. And ONE MORE TIME: if people would STOP supporting this technology, it would die of starvation. DITCH YOUR CELL PHONE and all other wireless and "smart" technology. Incidentally, I cannot even pick up cellphone signals back here in my little woods, another reason I'd just rather stay here than go out.

There are ways to fight the effects of this on our bodies and minds. I just stay away from people as much as I possibly can. I only leave my farm when I must shop or take care of other errands that cannot be done here. Otherwise I would never go out among people. Along with staying away from what we KNOW is killing us, eat as safely as possible, and I DO realize that everything on the planet is contaminated. But certainly a vegetarian that raises her own food is much better off than someone who eats at junk-food restaurants, or ANY restaurant, for that matter. Live simply and in harmony with nature. Practice "voluntary poverty," as Henry David Thoreau taught. And say your mantras. I have a whole list of them that I say through the day, as I am falling asleep at night and when I wake up in the morning. This is a current one I use to raise the vibration of everything and every being here on the farm so everything resonates at the same level. We should ALL be doing this for our safety and protection, and to raise the vibrations of the whole planet. As you harmonize the energies of everything around you, they increase and become more powerful. Trees are sentient, as Dane always points out, and VERY powerful sources of energy. You WANT them on your side. I have known many of my trees my entire life. They love me and communicate with me. But it does not matter if you own a fifteen-acre farm or live in an apartment. EVERYTHING you do affects the energy of the planet. Make a commitment to shift it into a higher freuqency, rather than drag it down.

Everything and every being here is my ally;
No one or NO THING can ever interfere with us again.
But it still isn't easy. I have to keep dilligent and work on this constantly. If you think you are one of those not being mind-controlled, then I assure you, you are to the point where you think your thoughts are your own.
In this week's Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, October 29, 2022, Dane posed the question, "Do I believe in miracles?" His answer was an emphatic "YES!" and I totally agree. Both he and I have had way too many experiences that can only be called miraculous that it is impossible to doubt or think them "coincidence." Always knowing that there are benevolent forces there to help you enables you to keep a positive outlook no matter what and keep going, no matter how difficult.

This article may seem to be the exact opposite of my last one, but it really isn't. The more we head toward truth and disclosure, the uglier things get as all the really evil, stinking shit gets dredged to the surface. It must be that way in order to awaken enough people to erradicate it. I next want to cover two news disasters that happened as I began this article. First:

I want to point out that I am NOT in any way an advocate of violence, nor is Dane. I have been a pacifist all my life, and a believer in non-violent solutions to disputes and problems. But people can only be pushed so far, and when they realize that all the avenues to justice have been bought and paid for by the criminal cabal that masquerades as our leaders, they will take matters into their own hands. That day may be here. I did further research on this until I found an article that said what I was looking for. Here it is. And here's a quote: “What makes us think that one party can talk about ‘stolen elections,’ ‘Covid being a hoax,’ ‘this is all a bunch of lies,’ and it not affect people who may not be so well balanced?” Biden said on Friday. That's the one, and when the truth about the planned genocide comes out . . . . I mean, do we REALLY think the people in the military are going to kill those telling the truth once they realize that THEY are victims, too, and not only that, foolish dupes who have been ordered to carry out the dirty-work. Do YOU think these military soldiers will kill US? or THEM? That certainly is one reason for this "tag, track, trace, control" agenda, but if these people are being controlled to kill, what guarantees that they will not instead turn on their killers? When you start fucking with people's minds to this extent, I think ultimately you LOSE control after a point and the agenda backfires. At some point, the people that did their dirty-work for pay, such as, and especially, the media are going to worry about saving their own hides. Do you think when these people realize they are in deep shit . . . do you think they will stand up for these genocidal maniacs? I think they will run with their tales between their legs.

As I said, when people have had enough, they will begin to take the law into their own hands, and things will get very ugly indeed.

You know, Dane, as well as I, constantly speak out about over-population. Of course, no one in government will tackle this because they would not get elected, and so we have reached this point where the world's billionaires decide to take matters into their own hands. What should have happened centuries ago is a complete change of attitude toward reproduction, stressing quality rather than quantity, personal responsibility to the health of the planet as a whole, and ultimately a stigma attached to those who reproduce selfishly or irresponsibly. But instead, at least here in Ohio, people who have too many babies they can't afford are awarded with higher "benefits," funded by taxpayers. And people need to stop using their religious beliefs to justify this behavior. People can believe whatever they want, but when their behavior has a grossly detrimental effect on the entire planet, then we find ourselves where we are now.

Dane once mentioned that someone argued with him on this subject, saying that all the people in the planet could fit in the state of Texas. Dane said it is not about space, it's about resources. I will take it a step further. It is about ENERGY. Everything is made up of energy. Humans emit a great volume of energy. When too much of it is cramped into a single space, there is an explosion like the one on Seoul. How many times have people been trampled to death in crowds, or have their been mass deaths in a situation where too many people were crammed together? Here is another.

Incidentally, when HAARP was built back in the 1990s, they KNEW this stuff wasn't safe, but continued to not only use it but develop more and and more toxic levels. NOT SAFE, NOT SANE. And here it is, our worse nightmares are coming true. I have to wonder if this is perhaps replacing HAARP. As I read the article below, I saw many familiar traits and capabilities attributed to both 5G and HAARP. Michel Chossudovsky had written that he wondered if something else had replaced HAARP and I questioned that. But after reading this article, I am horrified to realize 5G may be just that. Good Lord! The deeper I dig, the more ghastly it all becomes.

My research field also covers other battlefield interrogation and weapon systems, including Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems (LAWS), Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUV), Light Detection And Ranging (LIDAR), phased array radar technologies, including 5G for tracking weapons platforms, as well as biological assets on and off the battlefield that are increasingly used in a civilian setting to include facial recognition technologies, autonomous electric vehicles, drones, none of which have been fully environmentally assessed for harm from their radiation emissions to the general public or wildlife.

Here are two more quotes. Concerning the second quote, I remember a number of years back when a number of buildings just sort of spontaneously caught fire in a nearby town in my county, and I don't know if the cause was ever ascertained.

“Backhaul” in the context of 5G is the term used for the technological advance that enables data to be interrogated and uplifted from multiple devices and environments simultaneously; in other words spying across the whole area, leaving no chance of any privacy.

Microwave radiation will also affect a large number of molecular structures in materials, which increases building fire risk. This is due to hydrocarbon elements in buildings breaking down due to modulated microwave radiation, which causes localized heating and the breakdown of materials. Microwave radiation at certain frequencies will excite water molecules and if there is no moisture available, other less volatile molecules will absorb the radiation and start to heat. Therefore, any material that has dried out can overheat and ignite more easily in a microwave field, a type of priming. The risks particular to the 5G radiation emissions are due to the proposed mass densification and spectrum dominance of the radiation emissions. Also, any metal objects inside a microwave field can exhibit dielectric properties that can cause sparking, which could lead to a fire; this is caused by a build-up of charged particles, energy that produces a concentrated electric field at the edge of the metal.

And one last quote. This article is a perfect compliment to Karen Kingston's interview above. It is easy to understand how vaccinated people will be able to shed on the non-vaccinated. " Localized reflection from the metamaterial antennas or the nanometal-contaminated vaccinated entities will add to a substantial increase in radiation exposures, especially across cities." It is rather long, but PLEASE read it. Our lives depend on knowledge of these travesties being committed so that we can spread the word and bring about their demise.

It is suggested that nano antennas are used to receive and respond using coherent compression of QAM data within the body, without any corresponding safety data, thereby creating a population of radiation emission entities, which under certain legal definitions would become electrical devices and thus not classed as human. The energy levels from these proposed coherent signals from and to antennas positioned within the body and brain will increase the cellular damage from the impacts of radiation coming from outside of the body, which have already been shown to be genotoxic.

Here is one closing quote, and, gosh, doesn't this ALSO sounds like HAARP (next generation!)?

OK, so everything that I have posted here so far is both not safe and the product of the insane, more or less. The above article and the Karen Kingston interview were winning hands down as the most unsafe and insane, until I watched this movie. I had worked on this all day Monday, and decided to end my day with the movie. I got into 17.25 minutes and, horrified, said to myself that I cannot watch more. I watched as WE, the U.S. Military, executed the first test bomb in the New Mexico desert, wiping out all life in a half mile and temporarily blinding everything in a ten mile radius and raised temperatures to 10 million degrees. Then I suffered through watching US bomb Hiroshima, killing 70,000 people, including innocent women, children, the elderly and animals, then do the same to Nagasaki, killing 42,000 and injuring 40,000. But when I watched them dragging these poor lambs by the ears and immobilizing them in open crates, and loading them and probably thousands of other poor creatures onto ships heading for the Pacific Islands to conduct test on the biological impact of the bombs, I got sick and turned it off, and said I CANNOT WATCH THIS. What the FUCK did they THINK would happen. They fucking BOMBED them and they all died an unspeakable death. I turned it off and wished with all my heart and soul that the genocidal maniacs would activate 5G right now and kill every person in the military all over the world, and remided myself just how much I loathe humanity, the majority of which are becoming nothing but ignorant, brutal things. I want to go to My Own Little Planet RIGHT NOW and take all the precious creatures with me, and NEVER have to deal with these so-called "human" creatures again.

Well, I got up Tuesday and knew I could not continue with this article until I had watched this movie. It is very well filmed, narrated by William Shatner and filmed in 1995 with some actual historical film footage, and it was the most miserable hour and 33.26 minutes of my life. I began to feel like Dane. Next thing, I'll be watching documentaries of starving polar bears. Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY! Every person on the face of this planet needs to FORCE themselves to LOOK at this horror, because if we do not get off our lazy asses and stop these maniacs, WE are gonna be those poor precious lambs. WATCH THIS FILM and get it through your thick heads that WE ARE IN TROUBLE and it is UP TO US to stop it. NOW! ALL OF IT. I realize many of my regular readers are right there with me. You do your best to help Dane and spread the truth. But there are others that I'll bet are more concerned with SELF and MONEY. I am getting new readers, too, and I hope they get on board FAST! Dane mentioned one other one, something about a balloon the size of Brazil . . . OMG, seriously? But I could not find that one. In any case, the hubris of these people prevents them from even considering not only the insanity and danger of their plans, and they have NO IDEA how any of this can even be done. Yet they proclaim they have possible solutions, as Dane also says. Of course, NOT ONE of these articles mentioned the ongoing climate engineering/weather warfare agenda. And that closes my contributions to the awareness of danger and insanity. Now, let us continue with HAARP.

HAARP: Unsafe and Insane From the Start

I will start this issue with a bit about the science-fiction novel The Lost Millennium by the "brilliant physicist," Walter Richmond and his wife, anthropologist Leigh Richmond. In Angels Don't Play This HAARP Manning wrote, " A disastrous technology described as a 'solar tap' in the book was startlingly similar to aspects of Eastlund's patent."

Although ionospheric heaters beam power from antennae on the ground up to the ionosphere, and the Richmonds' "solar tap"concept goes the other direction, both involve connecting the earth with the ionosphere. The novel described a solar tap that just wouldn't quit. It began from a technology that started on the ground, from which engineers beamed up a pathway for some of the ionospheric electricity to ride back down on. This planetary short-circuit usually blew out in a fraction of a second, but one day the fictional engineers made a fatal mistake. They kept a solar tap going while a solar flare surged into the ionosphere and then to the ground via the ionized pathway of the tap beam. "And the surge of power from the tap became an avalanche. An avalanche at the pole in the vertical plane of the planet's magnetic field where the winds of magnetism would not rise to blow it out. One trillion watt-seconds of energy unleashed their fury on the polar cap in the first flash . . . Even as it discharged, the ionosphere was recharged from the solar furnace. The first flash became a mighty roar that poured an increased and now steady stream...of energy through the now-stabilized short circuit. Kilocubit after square kilocubit of frozen wasteland boiled. Watt after watt of ever-increasing avalanche energy lit the polar cap with a glare that had never before been seen . . ." Could such a disaster happen in real life? Manning reread the introduction to The Lost Millennium. It said that in 1962 Walter Richmond was researching atmospheric electricity and developed the theory of what the couple called the solar tap—a source of abundant power from the electrical current that exists as a "potential" between the ground and the ionosphere. "The physics is exact. The power is there for the tapping".

If you remember from the documentary, Holes In Heaven? HAARP and Advances in Tesla Technology, there was a demonstration of this. It begins at 34:34, and it was one of the scariest aspects of HAARP for me. As my regular readers know, I have spoken quite a bit about the totally unnatural lightning we have now, which gets worse every year. On the west coast this summer, they were, in places, getting 60,000 strikes or more (I believe that was the number, or close, if I remember correctly), during one storm, which Dane also spoke of. I remember one storm here where the sky looked like non-stop fireworks and the thunder was also non-stop. Do I think this is all becoming more dangerous because of people messing with the atmosphere? What a stupid question. In any case, this "solar tap" scenario is quite real. "A character in the book said 'the power's there. Enough to blow up the Earth if it's misused.'" I plan to buy the book, too. It is available from Amazon. But there's more.

Manning also relates that the Richmonds took their papers to President Kennedy's Science Advisor and they were placed under the Secrecy label. You can read the rest of this section in the book. It begins on page 27 of the PDF.
Angels Don't Play This HAARP: Advances In Tesla Technology

I included the movie linked above about the history of atomic bombs because, well, obviously they are not safe, and were created and are used by people who are not sane, but also because there is a relationship with HAARP. Though the movie focused on specific test bombs, plus of course the two that WE dropped on Japan, the number of atmospheric tests conducted from 1945 to 1963, when President Kennedy and 100 other nations signed the test ban treaty, was given as 331 (I believe), although Dane's number is much greater, but I think that includes underground tests which were not banned, (I also believe), but I am not very knowledgeable in this area. Yet. Here is more information from

The book above states that both the U.S. and former U.S.S.R. were setting them off "to learn about the belts of trapped electrons and ions above the earth, in order to control and use the phenomena for beneficial uses"

"For example, in the late 1950s and early 1960s, both the United States and the USSR detonated a series of nuclear devices . . . to generate large numbers of charged particles at various altitudes . . ."

"This can cause confusion of or interference with, or even complete disruption of, guidance systems employed by even the most sophisticated of airplanes and missiles."

Of course, playing with these devices was also emitting greater and greater amounts of deadly radiation into the atmosphere, another reason their deployment was banned, and also another reason for HAARP, which eliminated the need (causing other deadly effects from ELFs and VLFs). And one more time, here are some other things HAARP can do, in case anyone still doubts that those "high pressure heat domes" that Dane has been speaking of for years that block all the rain from the west coast, and also manipulating the jet stream, here it is, again.

The equipment on the ground would beam focused energy up to the ionosphere, where the beamed radio frequency (RF) waves would interact powerfully with charged particles that are always trapped there. The heating effect of the focused beam would then dramatically push a plume—a large section of the ionosphere—up and outward from Earth. . . .

The United States already had smaller antennae in several locations, for experiments in bouncing radio waves off the ionosphere. With a bigger tool than anyone else and the ability to focus its beam, the United States military could fry incoming missiles, disrupt global communications, change the chemical composition of the upper atmosphere and even engineer weather by redirecting very high wind patterns (jet streams).

I realize the feedback loops from the out-of-control methane releases in the Arctic are causing exponential rises in global temperatures, but, seriously, don't you wonder, if all of these technological contraptions that are producing SO MUCH HEAT were turned off, if THAT alone would at least help to lower temperatures, especially in the U.S. West, where they are up in the triple digits on a regular basis? So WHY is this not happening? Both the book and the movie kept returning to the "big boys with toys" theme, and how much of this stuff was being done, (and still is), just to see if they could. And at the time HARRP was just being considered, there were scientists speaking out against messing with the atmosphere. One was Dr. Richard Williams, a physicist with the David Sarnoff Research Center in Princeton, New Jersey, [who] sent a letter to a scientific journal warning that Eastlund's invention might become a serious threat to the earth's atmosphere. He said "Tests of this kind could cause irreversible damage." And they have of course. So, rather than stopping this insane activity, we have instead replaced or enhanced it will something even worse, that is, 5G. Incidentally, when HAARP was built, it's power level was 1 billions watts, or one gigawatt, the "equivalent of 300 large power generating stations," (at least at that time). The second phase was to increase that to 10 billion watts, which would be 10 gigawatts, if I am understanding the math correctly, which would be the equivalent of a Hiroshima-sized bomb. There was, however, hopes that that would eventually be raised to ONE HUNDRED GIGAWATTS, or 100 billion watts. Of course, now we have shitloads of 5G towers . . . .

I am not sure either of these goals were reached. According to Wikipedia:

The HAARP site was constructed in three distinct phases:

1. The Developmental Prototype (DP) had 18 antenna elements, organized in three columns by six rows. It was fed with a total of 360 kilowatts (kW) combined transmitter output power. The DP transmitted just enough power for the most basic of ionospheric testing.

2. The Filled Developmental Prototype (FDP) had 48 antenna units arrayed in six columns by eight rows, with 960 kW of transmitter power. It was fairly comparable to other ionospheric heating facilities. This was used for a number of successful scientific experiments and ionospheric exploration campaigns over the years.

3. The Final IRI (FIRI) is the final build of the IRI. It has 180 antenna units, organized in 15 columns by 12 rows, yielding a theoretical maximum gain of 31 dB. A total of 3.6 MW of transmitter power will feed it, but the power is focused in the upward direction by the geometry of the large phased array of antennas which allow the antennas to work together in controlling the direction. As of March 2007, all the antennas were in place, the final phase was completed and the antenna array was undergoing testing aimed at fine-tuning its performance to comply with safety requirements required by regulatory agencies. The facility officially began full operations in its final status of 3.6 MW transmitter power in the summer of 2007, yielding a maximum effective radiated power (ERP) of 5.1 gigawatts or 97.1 dBW. However, the site typically operates at a fraction of that power due to the lower antenna gain exhibited at frequencies used in standard operation.

Also, it takes only one megawatt of on-site generated power to produce one gigawatt of output. Those numbers are scary shit, no matter what.

It is said that Nikola Tesla was a genius and possibly a madman. He said that the earth could be split in two, and it is perhaps a blessing that J.P. Morgan shut him down, so he was never able to test many of his inventions. Not that Morgan did it to save the world; it was more likely to keep his own money flowing in, although there are still discrepancies in the story. However, Edward Teller, equally a genius, and probably more of a nut case, was not shut down, but paid well to become "the father of the hydrogen bomb." He, of course, appears in the movie about the atomic bomb, linked above. In this book on HAARP is a section entitled "A History of Mad Science," and this story is related:

Dr. Edward Teller, known as the "Father of the H-bomb", traveled to Alaska in 1958 with a proposal to blast a chunk of that state's coastline off the map. As spokesman for the nuclear establishment, he wanted to prove that nuclear explosions were a tool for geographical engineering. Teller was widely quoted as telling Alaskans "If your mountain isn't in the right place, drop us a card."

Teller's colleagues at Lawrence Radiation Laboratory came up with Project Chariot as part of Project Plowshare. Their plan was to explode six thermonuclear bombs underground at Cape Thompson, Alaska, to dig a harbor.

Teller was one of the strongest and best-known advocates for investigating non-military uses of nuclear explosives, which the United States explored under Operation Plowshare. One of the most controversial projects he proposed was a plan to use a multi-megaton hydrogen bomb to dig a deep-water harbor more than a mile long and half a mile wide to use for shipment of resources from coal and oil fields through Point Hope, Alaska. The Atomic Energy Commission accepted Teller's proposal in 1958 and it was designated Project Chariot. While the AEC was scouting out the Alaskan site, and having withdrawn the land from the public domain, Teller publicly advocated the economic benefits of the plan, but was unable to convince local government leaders that the plan was financially viable.

Dan O'Neill wrote a book about this called The Firecracker Boys: H-Bombs, Inupiat Eskimos, and the Roots of the Environmental Movement, which was mentioned in the HAARP book. Here is the Goodreads page, and a quote from Good Reader Susan Letts: "To quote Peter Matthiessen's statement on the cover of the book, "The Firecracker Boys, exceptionally well-researched and well-written, is a scary and infuriating story of nuclear irresponsibility and the human tragedy only narrowly averted; as an historically important book, its reissue is most welcome." I have that one also bookmarked at Amazon. And the reason it was "narrowly averted?" Because it promised jobs. Here's a quote from the HAARP book.

The Firecracker Boys, by Dan O'Neill reveals common threads that run through the history of proposals for questionable megaprojects. For one, the promoter sold it as an economic development opportunity—jobs for the people. That pitch convinced legislators, business groups and the media. Another supporter, as with HAARP, was the University of Alaska administration. Again, the appeal was the prospect of money and jobs for the state's residents.

Just how many insane projects have been approved because they promised economic opportunities? The list would be voluminous. And that is the crux of the matter. If humanity cared more about what is needed to nurture all life on the planet rather than what's in their wallets, we would not BE in this asylum, and people like Bill Gates would be in line at the soup kitchen. The vast majority will have to learn how worthless money really is, the hard way, but most of them will be dead anyways. And now, let us continue with the insanity. There's more to come. In the opinion of the authors, psychiatrists should be invited into thinktanks where decisions are made to "modify" one of Earth's protective layers. Shortly after Dr. James A. Van Allen discovered the two radiation belts around Earth—in the International Geophysical Year (1GY) of 1958, two physicists at the University of Minnesota proposed that a hydrogen bomb be exploded inside that radiation belt. According to the New York Times, the two physicists wrote "It might be amusing to end the IGY by destroying some of the radiation field first discovered during the IGY."

Amusing. Here's more amusement.

The U.S. military did not know what the outcome would be in the early 1960s when they planned an assault on earth's magnetic field with copper needles (each 2-4 cm long). They planned to increase the size of the needle dump in space "if the project proves successful". Apparently it was a bust; it was hushed up and kept out of the mass media.

British radio astronomers, together with optical astronomers and the Royal Astronomical Society, protested the experiment. The Soviet newspaper Pravda also joined the protests under the headline "U.S.A. Dirties Space". The International Academy of Astronautics regards the experiment as the worst deliberate release of space debris.

But it may have been much more serious. Leigh Richmond, co-author of The Lost Millennium mentioned above, along with her husband, physicist Walter Richmond had this to say.

Another independent researcher, Leigh Richmond Donahue tracked events during the postwar years and through 1977 alongside a physics genius, her late husband Walter Richmond. She writes, " . . .when the military sent up a band of tiny copper wires into the ionosphere to orbit the planet so as to 'reflect radio waves and make reception clearer' we had the 8.5 Alaska earthquake, and Chile lost a good deal of its coast. That band of copper wires interfered with the planetary magnetic field."

One of the points made in the book was that when the construction of HAARP was first proposed, there were no independent scientists monitoring the project, that is, no scientist not under the employment of the military. It has gotten so bad in these past twenty-five years that we almost come to expect that. All these corporations do their own testing and they ALL lie about the safety of their products. If independent scientists were required to monitor the goings on of all corporations AND the military, Monsanto would not exist, we would not be sprayed with poisons 24/7 and people would not be dropping dead from toxic jabs. It is all bewildering to me how the human population could be in such a stupor to allow us to reach this edge of the abyss. There is a new documentary released called Science for Hire, which I have on my "watch" list, along with several others, to be reported on forthcoming.

And it's even worse than that. When HAARP was being built, there were provisions in contracts that contractors couldn't disclose if there was something injurious, for instance. And, again, look where we are now. People in the medical profession who speak the truth about the deadly mRNA jabs are being stripped of their licenses, blacklisted, and worse. And back when HAARP was being built, there were many scientists and whistle-blowers sounding the alarm on the extreme dangers of messing with the earth's natural systems, whose advice went unheeded. Their predictions proved to be correct. HAARP and other ionosphere heaters have decimated the ozone, and caused catastrophic droughts all over the globe, which is STILL not recognized by most people because the lies and cover-ups have been so massive. Elizabeth Rauscher, Ph.D. in high-energy physics and her partner William Van Bise, an electronics and biomedical engineer are two who were outspoken of the dangers.

Concerned scientists such as van Bise are doubly discouraged, because the people who want to control the electrojet or make "nuclear-sized explosions" or an "artificial cyclotron" in the upper atmosphere are the most difficult to stop. Traditionally they have held the biggest handfuls of taxpayers' money. Their power base includes mega-corporation defense contractors and their lobbyists. Few physicists are willing to risk their livelihood (government contracts) by contradicting these people.

Rauscher, back in 1984, had been both to the Pentagon and to individual generals and colonels to address environmental issues. Later, she and Van Bise wrote a paper, of which I will supply some quotes. It can be found in the PDF of this book on page 68, under the heading, "Damage to Ionsosphere."

The paper had discussed natural sources of electromagnetic waves such as Earth's mechanical rotation, earthquake and volcanic activities, solar wind and solar "broadband noise activity". Manmade sources, the two experts said, are disturbing the harmony. "Some of these emissions may be reaping irreparable damage to the ionosphere and earth which, in turn, threatens our very existence."

Societies and nations must examine what we are doing and develop a new awareness, the two scientists warned, or destruction of life will inevitably result. As if predicting the goals of HAARP, they noted that most recent technologies have been aimed at shielding people from nature—"to 'conquer' and control her, while designing ever more dangerous weapons systems with which to more efficiently strip all life from the planet."

Rauscher and van Bise ended the paper with a suggestion that society examine why we have moved toward such insane motivation, and then go forward to again pursue mutual life enhancement and sanity.

This commentary is even more timely now then back in the 1990s when it was written. When asked later to comment on HAARP, she compared the ionosphere to a soap bubble that gets a hole, then pops. And now here we are in 2022, with almost no ozone remaining at all.

When human activities make massive holes in the real ionosphere, the holes at the north and south poles migrate just like the shapes on the bubble. This is how a dramatic loss of the ozone layer happens to appear over Australia, for example. There have even been sun watches (ozone-hole watches) over high altitude states such as Nevada, where Rauscher and Van Bise live.

There's much more insanity, especially concerning ELFs and VLFs, which is such a big topic, I will cover it in a separate article, plus I want to do more research. I want to cover one more topic for this article, and that is earth-penetrating tomography. It is another example of military lies and deceit about the true purpose of HAARP. It was spelled out in the first Eastlund patent, as a means to locate oil, for instance. The military down-played it and this capability was not even mentioned in the Environmental Impact Statement. HAARP was promoted as a means to beam radio frequencies upward, which supposedly would not have an effect on the ground, or on ground-dwelling creatures. But in fact, the military had other uses for it than finding oil.

To better understand this use of HAARP—earth-penetrating tomography—we need to explore a few different documents. First, let's look again at that 1990 HAARP summary,200 which includes a section dealing with the generation of extremely low frequency and very low frequency (ELF and VLF) waves. These energy waves are sent up from the antenna array (HAARP) in such a way so it "produces a virtual antenna in the ionosphere for radiation of radio waves" back to earth. The antenna created in the ionosphere then radiates, or sends back, the pulsed frequency, It then moves through the earth, giving the military the ability to locate underground anomalies such as shelters, nuclear facilities, oil fields, tunnels and other natural and man made formations.

In 1995, the U.S. Senate halted any more funding of the project until the military outlined this usage completely, critisizing the military for not being transparent about their plans to use this capability. This section begins on page 129 of the PDF, under the heading of "Geophysical Probing." Rather than continue there, I will go to the very end of the book. Toward the beginning of the HAARP section in this article, I referred to the movie Holes in Heaven beginning at 34:34, in reference to the possibility of a catastrophic "solar tap," where the energy is beamed up and there is a path for it to ride back down, striking the earth. In the movie, Brooks Agnew provided an explanation, along with Jeanne Manning.

At the very end of this book, there is included an essay by Agnew. His profession is to survey areas for oil, and OK, I'm not a supporter of that, but the essay is interesting as he tells of various experiences. However, the last three paragraphs concern using HAARP to survey for oil—or anything else—the idea of beaming up this energy and beaming it back down is where the danger lies. Here are those paragraphs.

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) is designed to test the effects of billions of watts of concentrated radio energy on the ionosphere of our planet. Extremely high altitude lenses, formed with billions of cubic yards of ionic atmospheric particles, are being used to focus radio carrier waves onto the surface of our planet for military purposes. From my research I know that if the correct frequency harmonic for that carrier is chosen randomly, the result will be an absolutely catastrophic release of pure energy. The sky would literally appear to burn. What cannot be calculated or imagined is how hot the fire would be, or how long it would burn, or what elements or isotopes would remain after the reaction is complete.

The plain and simple fact is that the risk of scorching every organic molecule off of several states in a few moments, for the sake of experimenting with a new weapon, is unacceptable for the world. Only a small handful of scientists in the world know what is being done by the United States Military with HAARP. The excitement and zeal of these military children is not checked by the wisdom and experience of any civilian scientific community. Their experiments are being conducted and funded in secret. I do not think that the citizens of the world want the surprise of having half the upper atmosphere turn to flames because the HAARP technicians didn't stop to think what might happen if a couple of billion watts at the right frequency were beamed into the ionosphere during a sunstorm.

Our country has been blessed with freedom largely because we have the right to speak out against injustice or corruption. It seems most of the media have been bought and paid for by parties who wish to remain in power no matter what the people think or say. This paper is to inform you that your planet is under assault by absolute power. We need to have a civilian scientific review and publication of the results of the HAARP experiments before any more transmissions are conducted.
