An Open Letter to Dr. David Keith

Dear Dr. Keith;

This is in response to your article Chemtrails Conspiracy Theory. For someone who is supposedly developing "theoretical proposals for combating global warming" to be tried "in the future," someone who is one of the topmost experts in the field, this response to the questioning public is an insult to our intelligence. Thus, I can only draw two conclusions: 1) You spend your entire existence inside a building with no windows and you never, under any circumstances look up at the sky, or 2) You are lying. I'm putting my money on number 2. Lots and lots of people who not only know very well what is going on in the skies, but are an essential part of the program, choose to lie to the public because they are getting paid big bucks, or are threatened against telling the truth. Which of those are you? Both, perhaps?

Sooner or later, the truth will come out, and those who thought the public was too stupid to figure it out will be viewed upon as not only foolish, but criminal. And I think it will be sooner, rather than later, in fact sooner is just around the corner. The recent geoengineered weather catastrophes that have devastated the planet (and are worsening every day), have awakened a vast number of the population who, perhaps a year ago would have laughed in the face of someone like myself, who has made it a life goal to stop this criminal atrocity and bring the perpetrators to just punishment. Geoengineering is literally destroying the planet's life-support system, and people are now hungering for facts. We, the millions of us now desperately seeking to awaken the public, are armed to the brim with indisputable facts and evidence, which begins with simple, extended observation of the dirtywork being done on the skies. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to look up and observe. Anyone who observes cannot but seek further information, and to be told that "we have not seen any credible evidence that chemtrails exist," by someone of your ilk, is an outrage. Even here in comatose Portage County, Ohio, people want to know the truth. A year ago I would have been given sneers, but not now. Everywhere I go, in the line at grocery stores, in parking lots, everywhere I am in contact with the public, people either KNOW already, or want to know. Every person on the planet has been affected in some way by the nearly 70 years that these geoengineering programs have been in practice, either by losing property or loved ones in our now out-of-control severe weather events, or by the multitude of health issues directly caused by the toxic nanoparticles of aluminum in our brains, blood, hair, urine, water, soil, and air. Growing food is becoming next to impossible, and this year we experienced record crop loss due to weather issues, lack of sunlight (being blocked by the aerosols), and toxic soil, water and air. Trees, especially out west are dying in droves, all linked to the ongoing practice of geoengineering. People in their thirties are being diagnosed with dementia, and the number of cancer and respiratory illnesses has exploded. There are even new diseases, such as Morgellons and other diseases linked to the presence of microscopic metal filaments, including aluminum. The Carnicom Institute has done extensive research on the health hazards of microscopic metal fibers found in the air and water.

I am prepared to back up everything I say with credible data, beginning with the State of Rhode Island, who are very near to passing a law banning the practice of geoengineering. Would you insult the legislatures of an entire state with the rubbish you claim in your article? This is very good legislation, by the way. The lawmakers of Rhode Island have thoroughly done their homework. I wonder if there is any connection to this legislation and the fact that the EPA has just forbidden three of their scientists from speaking at a Rhode Island Climate Change Conference. The scientists have a 500-page report to present. Hmm, wonder if any of it had anything to do with geoengineering? I don't know the answer to that, but I do know that something stinks.

And here's an agreement between the U.S. and Canada, Agreement Between Canada and the United States of America Relating to the Exchange of Information on Weather Modification Activities dating all the way back to 1975, updated in 2014. Why would the two countries need a treaty if this activity wasn't being carried out? You will notice, in Article 1, that NOAA is the "responsible agency" for the U.S.. And speaking of NOAA, another lawsuit was just filed against the Department of Commerce, the agency which oversees NOAA, because they are breaking the law ("Freedom Of Information Requests") by not turning over information requested by the Legal Alliance to Stop Geoengineering, along with Stop Geoengineering Minnesota.

And if that isn't enough, here is a long, long list of government patents taken out over a period of more than 100 years, all pertaining to some aspect of geoengineering: Extensive List Of Patents.

Incidentally, comparing "chemtrails" to "contrails" is a moot point. Anyone who has done any research knows that modern planes DO NOT EMIT VAPOR TRAILS or any trails, except under extreme conditions. I know, on my own farm, I see lots of little private planes flying overhead all the time, and never once have I seen any one of them emit any trail whatsoever. I have also seen other jets, though more rarely because I have little passsenger jet traffic out here, fly over, with nary a streak in the sky.When the sprayer planes fly over, they come all of a sudden, en masse and spray the hell out of what was just previously a blue sky (although blue skies are rare indeed). It doesn't take a rocket scientist, it just takes observation to see a trail explode into a plume, then feather out so that soon the sky is a milky white toxic mess. Seriously Dr. Keith, do you think ANYONE who pays even the smallest amount of attention would believe that is "normal?" REALLY? Here are a couple other photos taken on a particularly toxic day. In addition to all this information, the Primary Geoengineering Materials Supplier has been identified. Incidentally, this article also includes a video of YOU stating a "goal of putting 10,000,000-20,000,000 TONS of aluminum nanoparticles into the atmosphere annually. A bit much, for such a toxic substance, don't you think, Dr. Keith? Here is the video link. And here is the page for the weather modification customers of American Elements. Nucleating agents, of course, may be used to create blizzards at temperatures way above freezing, as has been done frequently lately, especially out west.

There are those dwindling numbers of people who just can't believe that our government and military could possibly do anything to their citizens to deliberately cause harm. REALLY??? What about the extremely toxic pesticides, such as DDT, that military funding after WWII made available, without any sort of regard to short- or long-term health effects to people, animals, and the environment. Rachel Carson's monumental exposé Silent Spring, on the military industrial complex and their "experiments" with American citizens was partially responsible for the formation of the EPA, which now, of course, is just as corrupt as any other government agency. It was about this time, also, that the military began seriously experimenting with "weather as a force multiplier," or "weather warfare." An excellent new documentary that consists mostly of government documents, media clips and official speeches regarding weather modification is called FrankenSkies. Perhaps you have already watched it.

In any case, Dr. Keith, we are not as stupid as you would like us to be, and the day is fast approaching when this criminal activity against the earth and all its life will be made public. I just hope that day comes before all hope for survival on this rapidly deteriorating planet disappears.

I am working on a huge project that I will be presenting to my readers in the form of an article and book review within the next week or two. It is not pertaining to geoengineering directly, but to the massive state of insanity in which the planet is now engulfed. Geoengineering is certainly one of the symptoms.
